San Marcos Music Academy is an authorized instrument rental depot for Milano Music Center. Students in school bands and orchestras who take music lessons with our academy and rent instruments from Milano’s can just pick up and return the instruments at our studios for convenience.

Studio Rental
Need a place to practice? Maybe you live in an apartment or condo and the neighbors don't like the loud sound of your trumpet or saxophone. Or it could be that you don't have access to the marimba at your school.
At the San Marcos Music Academy, we have studio space available for practicing. Our percussion room has a state-of-the-art Adams 4.3 octave marimba with zelon bars, perfect for high school and college students in need of a place to practice.
Studios are available for $10.00 per hour plus tax.
